Legal Question in Health Care Law in Michigan

assisted suicide of healthy to donate organs

am i able to willingly give up my life so others may live? i'm a healthy, 56 y/o white male & am interested in pursuing ''laying down my life so others might live''. there have to be people out there waiting for heart & other organs who won't live without them -- people who can make major contributions to research & societal advancement. it is no major thing for me to give up my life so those who are able can make major contributions to society, esp since i know where i'll spend eternity. how do i explore my options, if i have any? this is a serious inquiry. i had my chance to contribute, and i'm willing to assist others who are more able to make those contributions but who are hindered due to health issues on their part. thank you.
