Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan

Hello,

My parents are Australian citizens and are visiting the US. At the port of entrance the immigration lawyer gave them a visa for 90 days only and it's stamp WT/WB with a circle on WT. I would like them to stay and extra month to attend my wedding, what should I do please help.

They can't stay an extra month. Unfortunately, they can't extend their stay (visa waiver visitors are not allowed to apply for extension). If they overstay, they won't be allowed to travel on visa waiver program to USA in the future.

If you want them to attend your wedding and not to break any immigration laws, and not to be banned from ever traveling to USA on a visa waiver, they have to depart the USA before expiration of the authorized 90-days period, so then they can come to USA again (a few weeks or months later). In alternative, a wedding can be scheduled while they are still in the USA.
