Legal Question in Insurance Law in Michigan

uninsured motorist fund

i was in an auto accident last oct 23,2001 and i am hadicapped because of this accident...the driver that hit me has no insurance but i carry 300,000 uninsured motorist insurance..am i entitled to this?? thank you jim

Probably. I would be a little concerned that more than a year has passed and you haven't made a claim as of yet. You should visit an attorney with a copy of your policy in hand. You may contact me directly if you wish to discuss this further.
