Legal Question in Insurance Law in Michigan
vehicle accident
was hit from behind and my vehicle was totaled, have received medical attention for my knees, and my kneck and back. The impact was so strong that the trunk of my car was right behing me in the back seat, and I was slammed into the dash with both knees peactically squashed. what kind of help can I ask from the insurance company for my injuries

There are two seperate matters here. A case against your own insurance company for PIP benefits (wage loss, medical, replacement services, etc) and a 3rd party case against the driver who hit you.
