Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Michigan

mobile home park lot

in my mobile home park every home has 15 feet of space on both sides of their homes as their lot space except mine and the one nest to me. she got a new home and when they put the new one it they moved it further away from mine so she could have more space between us. there was only about 6 or 7 feet before she moved her new one in and the old one out. Now she claims all the space between us except 4 feet for me. Now she has all the space from her old lot [ except my 4 feet] plus all of another lot on the other side of her too that she expects to build car ports one on each side of her mobile home. now i am the only home in this park that is not afforded any space on one side of my home, in this entire park. and we all pay the same lot rent....I feel like this violates my equal rights reguarding lot space..does it and what can or should I do. I am 70 years old....Please help me with some advice...ronald martin

Re: mobile home park lot

This is a question about real property, not intellectual property. Please re-post it in the correct category.

FYI, intellectual property is the law that deals with protecting the product of the human mind. It covers things like patent, trademark and copyright protection. If you need help in any of these areas, please feel free to contact me; however, I do not deal in real property law, and real property lawyers are not likely to even look at a question that labels itself as "intellectual property."
