Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Michigan

I live with my boyfriend (he's 18) and I'm 17 (going on 18 in five months) and my mother thinks she can drag me back home. The thing is I've had "horrible, and very, very stressful moments there" My mother doesnt like me being here but because of the stress i face at home; my dad allows me to stay with my boyfriend. I want to know if I'm considered an adult in the state of Michigan and if she can do anything to drag me back home? And after allowing me to have sexual intercourse shes threatening to call my bf on statutory rape. Can she do this?

When you turned 16, Michigan law gave you the ability to consent to have sexual conduct with your boyfriend. It's called the age of consent. Different states have different ages; Michigan's is 16. So no "statutory rape". You can't stop her from calling police about it, but unless you did not consent to sex with your boyfriend, or were unable to consent because of alcohol, drugs, etc., the police matter won't go anywhere.
