Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

I was terminated by my employer after seven months of service for no other reason than "it's just not working out." When asking for a specific reason, I was told, "all I'm going to say is it's not working out." I was never disciplined or talked to about my job performance at any time. I live in Michigan, and understand that it is an "at-will" state. Do I have any recourse?

No, your employer is legally correct in their reason. Unless there is a illegal reason for their actions, you are without recourse, except for unemployment. Kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz

No, but you should be eligible for unemployment benefits.
