Domestic violence

I got arrested for allegedly pulling my adult daughters hair, She resides at my house but they made me stay away from my own house by a no contact order I have started the eviction and have a case coming up but in the mean time how can I go home and have her removed from my property?

You cannot go there until you are granted possession of the house by the court.

You cannot. There is a bond condition that says you cannot be in that house while she is there. If you go there, you risk jail. The only way is to properly evict her or get the bond condition lifted. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss further. Tim Klisz
