Owners rights

If a landlord-owner sells his property,are the current lease agreements with tennatts in effect yet. Or does the new owner have the right to make out new agreements with tennatts.

The lease runs with the land. For instance, if that lease expires in June, 2009, that new owner is responsible for honoring that lease.
