Paying rent before court date
I've received a summons for non-payment of rent. I don't dispute that I owe the money, I've just gotten a little behind. If I can pay the money owed before the court date, can I still be evicted?

You'll have to ask your landlord if they'd agree to let you stay if you catch up.
