Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Michigan

scammed by our attorney...
How do I recover my case which my Attorney settled fraudulantly by forging my signature to documents and then the settlement check which I never knew anything about until he was prosecuted for the same thing done to another of his clients and was featured in the newspaper...after such...he was to be tried for more of the same when he decided to commit suicide in August....note: more information is surfacing as to him doing the same thing to many of his clients...now I am left with the fact that I did not settle my case in any way and signed no documentation as to such....and not knowing what to do next as he is no longer alive to prosecute....any help and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated..

You can contact the Attorney Grievance Commission and ask them for guidance. They should be able to help you.
