Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Michigan

I was wondering if I could sue for medical malpractice. I was in the hospital with pneumonia when he hospital put me in the room with come who was quarantine. Once they realize their mistake it was too late I had caught H1N1 and mrsa. They had to transfer me into intensive care where I was unresponsive for two almost three weeks. I could have died. Can I sue for malpractice?

It sounds like you could have the basis for a lawsuit in negligence if not medical malpractice. If you would like to discuss the matter further, please contact me via my website at www.lawrefs.com or directly at [email protected].
