Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

I confronted a man about being rude he advanced on me i put my hands on his chest he ripped my shirt i pushed him away he than punched me in the face. I punched him back three times. When he punched me he knocked out two teeth. Can I sue him for the medical bills?

You can try, but you touched him first, this is assault. Your case deteriorates from there. Mutual combatants seldom get to sue each other successfully. You can talk to a torts lawyer, but plan to pay up front to file this case.
