Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

I bought a double wide home from some who didnt pay the taxes to get it in her name. so when i paid it off she doesnt have atitle in her name to sign over to me . although i am in possession of the title she says she doesnt have all the money to pay the taxes and would like me to pay half. i recently lost all income and i am not able to do so. what can i do?

You could file a law suit against her in small claims court if the amount is $2,500 or less.
