Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

Exemption Codes on a Quit Claim Deed

The Register of Deeds in Detriot MI, Wayne County told me that my Quit Claim Deed (that I was filing) had to have ''Exemption Codes'' shown on the QC Form. It has something to do with the $1.00 amount, I think. This Quit Calim deed transfers the ownership of a Home from me and my Mother (who was recently deceased) to me and my Wife. What Exemption Codes do I need for this?
