I have taken care of property 16 foot where my garage is built, subsequently the property next door sold on land contract, buyer had property line surveyed consequently taking 16ft. where my garage is built, what are my rights and options

If you have a claim to the property due to adverse possession, you will need to file a petition to quiet title. You will need to act quickly and should consult with an attorney to determine your actual options.
