restraining order to stop foreclosure

what steps do i take to stop or delay a foreclosure via a restraining order?? The redemption period is set to expire. The foreclosure was started even though i had made all required payments under a prior forbearance agreement with another mortgage co. What forms do i need? Is it district court or circuit court???

Re: restraining order to stop foreclosure

You cannot file a restraining order unless you file a complaint also. It is not a criminal matter.

You can also file a Chap. 13 bankruptcy to stop the foreclosure and you can work out your payment issues in bankruptcy court by making the credit show payment history.
