Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

Can I sue for trespassing on my property?

I recently discovered that an old boyfriend of mine threw a party at my parent's house when them and I were out of town (within the past few years). He did not have permission do so, was underage, and consumed and provided alcohol to minors. I have witnesses. Is there some way for us to prosecute him? If so, how??

You may have a criminal trespass, but I doubt that the prosecutor will be interested as there was no property damage. Same goes for a civil trespass case, no damage. Also, did he get in with a key? There could be an implied permission if he has a key. For more info., please contact my office at (248)851-3171.
