Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Mother's Will

My mother recently passed away. My

oldest brother is Executor of the Will.

Now what exactly does this mean? If

there is money in her account, which

all children names are on the

account, what do we do now? There

is a condo my mom owned. Oldest

brother put a quick claim deed on

before mother's death, per direction.

Should the condo be in all children's

name and claim part on income tax,

etc.? Should we set up an

appointment with an attorney to

review the Will? When we divide the

money, do we all pay taxes on it?
