Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

my name is robert my mother remarried 25 years ago her and her new husband bought a condo togther she died in 1998 her husband died last year he has 1 daughter and i have 1 brother the condo was sold last september and is to be split evenly between myself my brother and his dauther my brother and i have been waiting for her to finalize the bills left from her father we have heard nothing from her my brother called her two months ago and left a message with no response i have called her five times in the last week all i get is voice mail i have left messages with no response what can i do to get this matter setteled thank you for any advice you can offer robert
