Stocks in an IR Living Trust

My deceased Aunt put all assets in an IR Living Trust. There are some stocks that have to be liquidated to close another chapter on the trust. With out a stock broker, how do I proceed to get these ''stamped''?

Re: Stocks in an IR Living Trust

Your bank should be able to provide you with the medallion stamp guarantee that you will need. Just be sure that you have proper id and that all necessary parties sign. You will also need to submit a w-9 along with the request to liquidate the stock. You should also have a tax id number for the trust. The w-9 will need to completed using the trust tax id number.
