Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Verbal wishes

If there were verbal wishes from the deceased, do they have to be discussed or agreeed with the other heirs of the deceased or is it up to the executor of the will to just go and honor these wishes. Assets of the deceased are involved

Re: Verbal wishes

verbal wishes are simply unenforcable in Michigan. If there are any writings of the deceased, maybe this could constitute a holographic will, but otherwise it will only be followed if everyone agrees. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz
