Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Type your question here...My brother and I opened my father'sestate in probate court (Michigan) and he was named personal represenative. He has decided to keep my father's house. We don't know what/how the deed needs to be handled to have it transferred to my brother's name.
