can i be made to work for less $

I sliped off the truck step and landed on my back.I'm on restrections and they want me to work in the office for 1/2 owhat i was making&my boss made me work 1 day of reg work that iwas restricked from.Can they do this?

Yes. Workers comp should pay you a portion of the difference between what you made before the injury and what you are making now. If you fail to appear and put forth a good faith effort to do the job within your restrictions, even if you hate the job, the employer can get out of paying you comp for the time period that you unreasonably refuse the "favored work".
