How long does the ch.7 process generally take?

The initial filing depends on how quickly you can get all the information to your attorney and how quickly the attorney can get the petition filled out accurately.
After that you'll have the Meeting of Creditors about a month after filing and then it's usually 2-3 months before you get your discharge.
