Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

If I am deemed judgment proof, can I stop paying on my credit cards without consequences; and without declaring bankruptcy.

Depends on what you mean "without consequences". If you are really uncollectible, then creditors will be unable to take anything from you and, after a while, will probably leave you alone for a period of time and resume collection efforts in "x" months, or or sell your account to a debt buyer firm and that firm will, after a while, make collection efforts. It will probably be a few months of collection efforts followed by a few months of nothing followed by a few months of colleciton efforts followed by a few months of nothing ....
