If I marry someone and I file taxes by my self, will I be responsibile for my husband debts

Your tax filing status (Joint vs. Separate) has NO bearing on any debts (except your TAX debt.)

Other debts are determined by contract, and SOME debts will be attributed to the spouse, but generally NOT unless the spouse signs for liability on the debt.
