Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

In Mn if a husband and wife are both listed on the title of a vehicle and they are sued and lose, do they both get the $4200 exemption for a total $8400? Thanks

On the facts you gave, I would say yes. If they are being sued, however, they should at least consult an attorney with a view toward defending and perhaps settling the case on more favorable terms.
