The short answer is yes you can be charged. But you may have a good defense of duress. If this guy threatened you into going along with him against your will, you lack the needed intent to be found guilty of this crime. You need to have a lawyer on your side fighting for you.

It takes less evidence to claim a person committed a crime (or "charge"), than it does to convict. Things are not always what they seem. If you were riding in a stolen car, and knew the car was stolen, it seems possible you could be accused of a crime. But, if you did so only as the result of an immediate threat of bodily harm, you may have a duress defense.

Your question is very difficult to understand. You may certainly be charged with a criminal offense if there is probable cause to believe that you committed the offense. Certainly, a witness stating that you were the perpetrator can be used as wevidence.

You would have defenses to the charge, however, including exposing any inconsitencies in the case includingthe testimony of the person implicating you.
