Re: sexual missconduct in Minneosota

I am afraid that an offense of criminal sexual conduct is very serious and, if you were foudn guilty by a court, or entered a plea of guilty, you would not qualify for a statutory expungement. It is very unlikely that your record can be sealed or expunged in any mneaningful way.

Although it may be possible, it would be quite difficult to expunge a sex crime conviction record, or guilty plea. Certain Minnesota expungment statutes preclude those cases, for certain statutotry expungment remedies. Perhaps there might be some chance if the guilty plea or conviction was obtained unconstitutionally, and a court so agreed.
