theft

I have a 1st court date sit for march 4 for three felonies theft over $5000 and ins a bad check and theft by swindled to me it was one crime how can they charge me with 3 felonies all of them are thefts its like they are try to railroad me is there a way i can get two of them charges drop

They may charge you with one count for each theft. the charges are very serious and can carry with them a prison sentence even if you have no prior record.

You should have aggressive representation.
