Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Minnesota

Age/Sex Discrimination

Short as possible: Mediation coming up soon. Unsure what to do. Much younger male w/no experience paid more than me. Co. lied about his duties to justify pay disparity. Can prove Co. lied by their own reports. Also, believe I've been harassed, retaliated against, & treatly unfairly compared to other employee by mgr. Examples since I talked about salary, then filed chgs: Took away important duties I had or was to be trained on. Lying & belittlement to be just plain mean, to make me look incompetent, or to make me feel bad about myself. Keeps info needed to do my job from me, deleted nasty emails she sent me, took away internet privileges so I couldn't get into work database from home, taunting me. No lawyer for mediation, wondering if that's smart and unsure what kind of monetary settlement I should ask for or since I know I can prove co. is covering up should I hold out for full investigation in the hopes of going to court?

DO NOT DO THIS WITHOUT A LAWYER!

You say you have a great case, don't blow it by being cheap.
