3 minor consuming tickets under 18

just the other day i recived a minor and i am on probatino and this is my 3 one what can i expece for charges and will i go to jail

If you are still under 18, you will be appearing in Juvenile Court. That court is more about rehabilitation than punishment. The Juvinile Detention Center is pretty full - you could get to go there for a few days, but I doubt it. The most likely outcome is that you will be ordered to go to alcohol treatment. If that is outpatient, count yourself lucky.

If it's inpatient, that's usually a 30 day program in the hospital.
