DUI/Possesion help wanted
1. Presently on porole for a prior dui and was not drunk when stopped by police, but was harraseed and given breathilizer and balance test. How can I be helped with this first issue?
2. Was arrested and put into a holding cell and given another breathilizer test and then was asked to sign the authorization forcefully. How can I get help for this also?

An officer must have a reasonable suspicion that you have consumed alcohol to seek any feld sobriety tests. that may be a challenge in your case.
