Legal Question in DUI Law in Minnesota

DWI Question

I just recently received a DWI. I had

been catch speeding when I got

pulled over for the DWI. The officer

only gave me one ticket for the DWI

along with all the other paper work

that goes with a DWI. I did not

receive a another ticket for speeding

so did he not include it or will that be

presented in court. I plan on meeting

with some lawyers in the next couple

of days and was wondering what kind

of things I should be expecting to

hear from them. Also what kind of

questions I can ask them about my

case. Thanks for the help

Re: DWI Question

You should talk with someone who specializes in DWI defense. Not many lawyers do that, but we're out there. You can check out my webpage for some great advice about hiring a lawyer if you're a first time offender. It's too long to write here.
