Legal Question in DUI Law in Minnesota

I know that the potential penalties for an Underage Drink and Drive ticket are up to 90 days in jail and a $1000 fine. But what is the MOST LIKELY/MOST COMMON penalty given to someone who has recieved this citation and who, prior to this, has a clean record minus one speeding ticket?

It depends on various factors, including where the offense occurred and the drivers BAC. Upon a guilty plea, the defendant is probably looking at a fine and perhaps community service (STS). The civil penalties also need to be addressed (i.e driver's license revocation). The defendant should consider hiring an attorney to ensure the best possible outcome.
