Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I was browsing the internet & came across a blog. He is a single father of a 4 year old boy. He states that he & his son are nudists. That in his home clothing is "optional". He makes a point to state that absolutely nothing improper, abusive, or incestuous is happening. Merely lack of clothing. Period. Nothing more. He also states that this is only in his home. Nowhere else. Also there are absolutely no pictures. I don't know where he is from but I am curious what MN law is regarding JUST nudity.

Nudity is not unlawful. Sexual contact with a minor would be a felony offense as would taking or listing nude photos of a sexual nature.
