Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Can my childrens mother allow my minor children to consume alchohol and have al

I just recieved word that my childrens mother is and has been allowing and supplying alcohol for my 15 year old daughter. Tonight she is allowing this 15 year old to have a unsupervised party with alcohol present supplied by her. I have just learned that this has been going on for some time. She has physical custody, we have joint legal custody. What is my best course of action to take on a short notice? I have lost faith in the legal system in the past dealing with my childrens mother. I want to stop this tonight, and forever, I have had no luck in the past with the courts or the child protective services for many complaints and endangerments she has exposed my children to. Can I be charged with stalking if I park on the street tonight and observe the happenings? Should I just call the police and report my suspicions and what I was told by a realative of the mother? What is the smartest and best course of action to both stop this behavior immediatly and to gain the best chances for custody procedings in the future. She has a long history of manipulation of the courts and the system and I do not want to jepordize any future child custody issues. Thank You very much.

Report it to the police and then stay away. Don't go near the place - you will wind up being the person in trouble.

When you see your daughter, you might try talking with her about it.

Good luck.
