can an ex-wife keep the ex-husband from finding out information about their childs school information, by telling the school they can not release information to him. the child has graduated and the information would be used to get the child support lowerd

It is inappropriate, but, unfortunately, often occurs. To remedy the situation, you must bring a Motion for contempt to allow access to that information.
