Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I was divorced in another state that I am now residing in. My ex is not doig what how divorce papers dictate. Do I have to go back to the state we resided in to take him to court?

Yes, you do have to go back to the state where you were divorce; however, that can depend upon what issue you need to address and where your ex-spouse is living.
