If I have joint custody of my daughter and she seventeen and has lived with me all her life can her father come and take her with him if both my daughter and I are against it?

If the father has a court ordered parenting schedule or joint phycial custody, that order must be followed. If you wish to modify the order, you must fle a Motion with the court.
