Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I live in Minnesota I have a two year old daughter. We do not have a custody order or a child support order. I realize in this state I have full legal custody of my daughter until we go to court and get papers saying otherwise. Her father watches her during the day while I work and on monday nights. That is it. He never takes her any other nights. So if we keep this arrangement the financial would go by how many nights I have her?? How many nights would he have to take her to get support? How will they determine his income he is self employed..will they have to see his taxes?? Also he wants to use my daughter as a deduction but I have her the six nights. What are his chances of wining full custody. I have no criminial, drug, or anything.
