minnor affidavit without parent consent

A lawyer had my 17 year old daughter fill out a affidavit for a child custody case without my consent,is this legal?

It is legal for minors to sign affidavits without their parent's consent. The effectiveness of a minor's contract to confer consent, however, is a different matter.
