Non siblings sleeping in same room..legal or not??

My ex and I have 2 daughters together one is 6 years old and the other is 4 years old. He recently moved in with his girl friend..she has 2 kids of her own 3 year old girl and a 2 year old boy, currently all 4 of the kids share a room...is this against the law??

It is not against the law. There is no law on the number of children that may share a room and, ultimately, it is a parental decision. That is not to say that a family law court cannot consider such issues when issuing ordeers related to custody and parentting time.
