Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

In a previous hearing to reduce or eliminate spousal support, the ex falsified his interoggatory answers, making the court believe he had funds established in a estate trust. My children cashed in those funds and are denying me my spousal support funds. This trust is mentioned in the final divorce decree, a actual trust agreement and confirmed last year in court. How can I handle this delicate situation?
