i would like to know what the procedure is when a person files a ex parte order for the return of a minor to the state of minnesota the order was signed by the court and i would like to know what happens and when the child will be returned thanks jean

Such situations are not simple. First, in order to enforce an order in another state, the order must be filed in that state and a reciprocal order issues. That often requires hiring a lawyer in the state where the child is located as well as a local attorney.
