Legal Question in Medical Leave in Minnesota

I am current only Maternity leave under FMLA. When I left for my leave I was employed by my company full-time working 40 hours a week, mon-fri. Upon my return my company is forcing me to move to a shift that is every fri, sat, and sun, +2 days during the week. I will have the same number of hours, the same pay, but a completely different set of shifts. Is that legal?
