Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

what can we do legally

we entered in to a puchase agreement with someone. she was buying a trl. for her son and his wife to live in. she signed an contract to pay $215.00 for lot rent. and $300.00 per mn. that would go towards the purchase of trl total of $9500.00 sale of trl was verbilly ''as is''. along with 1 car, 1 van & 1 motorcycle. she has told us she is not going to pay (she still owes Octobers rent). she said that they (her son & wife) will be out of trl by Dec. 6, 2006 but harassment free (no phone calls, no visits) she has had her cell phone # changed and she is not picking up any mail that we have sent her (a certified, returned reciept, that is notorized letter). How can we make an attempt to get rent money from her to take care of what she has refused to do. We haven't got the money to pay for two months of lot rent and trl payments. what are our leagal rights?
