Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

I will be relocating out-of-state for work soon (from MN to AZ) and possibly buying a house down there. My lease agreement says nothing about relocation for work, or buying a home, but does require 60-days notice. I didn't know for certain myself about the move until a little over 30 days ago. I'd rather not have to pay out the remaining lease, or deal with the headache of sub-letting. Is there anything I can do to break the lease?

It is impossible to answer questions on the terms of a lease without reviewing the lease itself. you would be bound by its terms.
