I feel my no-fault case is being neglected when my case was given to another firm without me knowing. How can I get proactive response so my case can settle?

You need to talk to the attorney handling the case to find out what is happening and to get a time schedule. I would be concerned if the matter was given to another firm without your knowledge or consent. Why didn't the original firm handle the no fault matter? If you did not approve the transfer there may be ethical issues involved. Talk to the attorney immediatly.
